Spurcroft Inc DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYSTS in Houston, Texas

Review and analyze technical drawings, schematics, OandM manuals, blueprints and various reports to support equipment design, installation, maintenance and parts management such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PandIDS) to show the piping and related components of a physical process flow; Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) to show the relationship and flow of plant processes and equipment; and Process Engineering Flow Schemes (PEFS) to graphically show the process or flow of a unit. Review and analysis include the below tasks: Verify that all tags are correctly assigned and that there are no duplicates or missing tag numbers in drawings. Ensure that the Master Tag Register is up-to-date and reflects the latest changes in the project. Analyze master tag register (MTR) and MDR (master document register) to ensure all critical equipment information is captured from Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PandIDs) and Bill of materials. Ensure that the extracted technical data is accurately available into the document management system, maintaining the integrity of tag-to-tag relationships, parent-child associations, and

connectivity details. Ensure different systems are synchronized with the latest document revisions and associated engineering data attributes by implementing a quality process to conduct periodic audits to promptly address any discrepancies. Review and analyze the master equipment list provided by the supplier to ensure data availability aligns with the engineering tagging philosophy and classification standards within the drawings. Support equipment design, installation, maintenance and parts management of pipelines, pressure vessels, pumps, manifolds, flying leads, tubing hangers, and more using Master Tag Register (MTR), Autodesk Navisworks, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and Systems Applications and Products (SAP). Develop and maintain automated workflows on Power platforms. Develop and implement document and equipment Class Library for Engineering Data Warehouse. Ensure compliance with the Document Management and Project Plans, Contract Coordination Procedures, and Purchase Orders.

Skills required: Core Worx, Aconex, Crystal Reports, SAP, ASSAI, Visual Basic, Power Platforms and Hexagon Smart Completion.

Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Houston, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
