You are:

Consulting and Advisory minded and ability to build a vision, product development, and strategic planning. You draw on it to help clients see where they stand today, what challenges and trends they face, and new opportunities ahead. taking. You’re also comfortable working closely with Accenture and client teams and supporting the sales process from origination to closing. You are skilled and experienced in modern software and platform engineering approaches and practices Delivers in Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients

  • Delivers client projects as the functional lead /process lead roles in domain of experience

  • Translates business requirements into core functional and technical requirements

  • Supports sales and solutioning in the domain of experience – PLM and Engineering

  • Develops relevant assets, offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering

  • Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread areas and liaise with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings.

  • In-depth working and understanding of Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread areas, PTC, Siemens, or Dassault systems experience preferred.

  • Co-develops cases, assets & solutions with business teams

  • Enables transformation in R&D utilizing the PLM capabilities by creating business processes for Package/Product design, Part Management, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Product Structure, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing (qualitative & quantitative) and supplier collaboration and more.

  • Develops and manages global teams in the functional and technical PLM and engineering space

  • Delivers quality system implementations on time and within budget

  • Understands core implementation methodologies and the pros/cons of working with each: Waterfall & Agile

  • Implements program management principles

  • Here’s You need:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience Program Management experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience within PLM space leading large scale client delivery programs

    Bonus Points if:

  • Strong digital transformation knowledge and ability to lead client decisions

  • Strong team and client leadership and communication skills

  • Additional experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, Engineering Change Management, Master Data Management and Digital Thread Space

  • Excellent understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread areas

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
