Working at an apartment complex as the Lead Maintenance Technician. Will be responsible for maintaining the grounds to include AC Units, Electrical repairs, Plumbing Repairs, and doing some Carpentry. Other requirements are helping with cleanliness and upkeep of the community.
Working Must be able to take a leadership role Run AC or regular tickets Electrical skills Plumbing skills Carpentry skills
Qualifications: High School/GED 12 months of experience in apartments
