We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team, based in Houston, Texas. The role is in the logistics industry and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in customer service, inside sales, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites. The role involves significant customer interaction and managing orders from initiation to completion.
Our client located in Northwest Houston, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist must have 3+ years of experience in the Logistics Industry. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for heavy follow up, qualifying leads, heavy customer service, and handling orders from beginning to end. This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 75K plus bonus and benefits working 100% in office.
Responsibilities:
• Proficiently handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct thorough follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and order completion
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to maintain accurate customer records
• Efficiently handle and process orders from beginning to end
• Actively engage in qualifying leads to bring in business
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Utilize inside sales strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise in the order process
• Continuously update knowledge on logistics industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
• Hold at least 3 years of professional experience as an Inside Sales Specialist.
• Proven skills in Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Logistics is required.
• Inside Sales experience is a must.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
• Must have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven integrity and professionalism.
