Outside Sales Consultant - Design Specialist For over 30 years, The Closet Factory has been the leading Organization and Space Management company in Houston. We are seeking 2-3 sales closers with a verifiable track record of outside sales success to join our team. Industry experience is a plus, but not required. We currently have more qualified leads than we have sales pros, qualified applicants can expect to be fast tracked to making sales within 2-3 weeks of hire. As a Sales & Design Consultant for Closet Factory you benefit from the following: - Qualified pre-set leads (provided to you). - Comprehensive training for 1-2 (will depend on applicants experience with software) weeks. Continuous coaching, training, and support is also provided - Access to company showroom to entertain and educate clients. - Experienced installation, office, factory, and management team to lean on. - Unlimited income potential. Leading producers in the network make over $125k on flexible schedules. - Fun, Lively, & Supportive work environment. Applicants Should Meet the following Requirements: - Must be able to close leads. - Reliable transportation with clean criminal record. - Ability to work flexible hours, while understanding this is a full-time commitment. - AutoCAD, KCD, or other design software is a plus, but is not required. Full training is provided. - Be self disciplined, able to follow a proven successful formula, and pay attention to details. -Have a great customer service mindset and willingness to provide service after the sale.
