Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the Education sector, located in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing and rolling out AI projects, including chatbot solutions, in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AI project planning and tracking using tools such as MS Project or Atlassian Jira.

• Oversee the implementation of AI solutions, including the deployment of chatbots.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to effectively manage project development and execution.

• Handle budget processes, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

• Facilitate change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain efficient communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Ensure the database is up-to-date and accurate for all project-related information.

• Use ChatGPT and other technologies in the execution of project tasks.

• Monitor project outcomes, implementing necessary actions based on results. Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant within the Education industry

• Proficiency in project management software, specifically Atlassian Jira

• Familiarity with database management and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience with budget processes planning and development

• Knowledge of Change Management strategies and practices

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with ChatGPT and Chatbot technologies

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail
