Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail to appropriate recipients
Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Prior experience supporting executives preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
