As a Recruiter your main responsibilities will be to meet all hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates. In addition to the following:
Conduct all blue-collar recruitment activities for the company
Post job requisitions as needed
Ensure sourcing, screening, and coordinating of the interview process
Facilitate in preparing offers and conducting pre-employment checks
Promote and build company brand awareness (i.e., social media, career fairs)
Manage and develop a pipeline of qualified applicants for the company
Provide support to the HR Specialist with needed tasks
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
Utilize employment practices that are compliant with all employment laws and consistent to company policies
Various ad hoc HR tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Wind, solar or construction industry experience preferred.
Strong blue-collar sourcing skills.
Strong sourcing, recruiting, negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
IT (Microsoft Office) and typing proficiency.
Proactive self-starter.
Valid driver's license.
No DUI within the last 10 years.
