Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Sell to and expand our service offerings with existing and new clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Corporations
• Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business
• Manage multiple client relationships and engagements including addressing any client issues
• Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
• Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles and strategically plan and execute a sales plan
• Attend national industry trade shows and seminars
• Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment
• Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues
• Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects
• Assist with addressing any client complaints or concerns

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years of insurance industry experience
• Outside B2B sales experience highly preferred
• Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, relationship management and time management skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel 50% of the time, mostly by vehicle
• Ability to travel about 15% of the time via airline
• Approximately 30% overnight travel
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to drive and travel to client locations and conferences
