[Serve as an integral part of the Consulting team by delivering the Companys cloud product implementations to Fortune 1000 clients. Serve as a primary client contact in the delivery of shared solution and vision. Manage solution architecture throughout a project life cycle. Work closely with key client stakeholders to understand pain points and identify future improvement and automation opportunities that drive solutions to achieve intended value. Identify and define value opportunities and quantify improvements in process metrics. Drive standardization across solutions being delivered. Directly manage a team of Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Senior Consultants. Responsible for coaching and developing employees through regular one-on-one meetings, regular feedback, and leading formal semi-annual performance reviews. Serve as the single point of contact for the solution working with client stakeholders, consultants, project managers in anchoring the vision, value, and overall solution architecture. Keep up to date on Company products, capabilities, and new features. Apply knowledge of solution designs and performing design reviews of Senior Consultant. Understand client's business processes, pain points, technology landscape, future state requirements and use cases. Identify and define the value opportunities and quantified improvements in process metrics. Define an end state solution, success criteria and anticipated business value of the end state solution by working closely with client stakeholders. Partner with client executives, global process owners and internal stakeholders to align on expected value and means, and to measure it on a continuous basis. Identify gaps with respect to standard product capabilities and enhancements specific to customers business needs. Drive standardization and simplification through adoption of industry best practices and minimizing customization to deliver high quality design. Ensure quality review of the solution at different stages of the project, which includes but is not limited to review of the future-state design done by Senior Consultants, review of the system build and testing done by Consultants, and review of the cutover plan for production readiness. Provide onboarding support, regular check-ins, coaching, feedback, and guidance, and leading formal employee performance reviews to team. Collaborate with a client-service team consisting of Associate Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and Program Directors on a daily basis to meet the clients needs. Work closely with global product management team to develop innovative products. Build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed for future implementations. Manage deliverables to achieve deadlines across multiple projects and clients.

[MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management or related quantitative or analytical field[of study.

[MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years experience in a functional or solution role in the implementation of ERP or SaaS solutions based on understanding of accounting and financial concepts, such as, treasury, accounting, order-to-cash business processes including Cash application, Collections, Deductions, and Financial Reporting, requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, presentation, and facilitation skills with small and large groups. ]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}
