The Supervisor is responsible for all operational Functions, leading by example in everything, Health & Safety, productivity and supporting the transport functions. Supporting the management and administration, ensuring performance aligns with, if not exceeds the company's growth plans, targets and performance requirements. You are key to continuously improving the operational output, delivering a service to be proud of.
salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Must be forklift certified
Must be able to manage warehouse inventory and machinery
Responsible for supervising warehouse team
Must be able to ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
Conduct all new hire trainings and evaluations
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 40lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
Skills
SAP (1 year of experience is preferred)
Material Handling
Inventory (1 year of experience is required)
Budgeting
Supervising (1 year of experience is required)
