Our client, a leading provider in facility maintenance, is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician /Mechanic to join their team. As a HVAC Maintenance Technician /Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Howard, WI
What's the Job?
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems.
Assist in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently perform defined tasks.
Conduct inspections and repairs to interior and exterior areas of assigned properties.
Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, sinks, and drains.
Prioritize and manage work orders for maintenance tasks effectively.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of relevant experience required.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CMMS (Maximo).
Experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
