Description and Requirements
Job descriptions:
Be responsible for all quality related issues after product SLE for ODM products.
Define manufacturing quality guidance for ODM product, lead MP quality issues solving for quick and effective closure.
Support overseas new production transferring and mass production, set up and review KPIs to drive global EMS continuous improvement.
Manage quality of KD material and sub-assembly parts, lead to handle KD material quality issue with overseas EMS site and make final judgement for RMA responsibility.
Enable and evaluate ODM/EMS with systematic and regular audits and drive its improvement to meet requirements.
Manage ORT and drive ODMs to solve relates issue effectively and lockdown corrective action quickly.
Act as coordinators to deal with argument among overseas sites/EMS/ODM.
Regular MQR/QQR review with ODMs and drive continuous improvement.
Synchronize and standardize global process/procedures.
