American Autocoat 3rd shift Forklift Driver / Line Parts Unloader in Hudsonville, Michigan
Purpose of Job:
Will drive Hi-Lo to deliver and pick up parts from Load / Unload areas, and also during driving downtime, unload or load VERY light weight parts in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
- Working (4) 10's SU-W 8:00 PM TO 6:00 AM (possible occaisional OT on TH)
- 16.00/hr + 1.00 shift premium = 17.00 / hr
- Drives sit-down electric hi-lo to deliver and pick up parts in various departments
- Verifies accuracy of labels and adjusts if necessary.
- GREAT communication skills with people in all departments
- When not driving, Loads or Unloads small plastic parts onto or off of horizontal racks
- Uses pallet jack to transport parts.
- Cross-trains in other areas as required
- Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas
- Assists with additional projects as directed
- Ensures production / inventory is flowing efficiently
- MUST demonstrate SOLID attendance record and a GREAT work ethic
