Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | · Programming of Fanuc paint robots; Resetting and minor | | program adjustments and process adjustments are necessary. | | | | · Knowledge of robot controllers and teach pendants; | | knowledge of robot mechanics. Mechanical knowledge of robots and | | robot basics | | | | · Monitors and runs paint application equipment | | | | · Monitors quality as it comes off the line and makes | | appropriate changes to automation and/or process parameters (Solid | | visual ability) | | | | · Creates, edits and/or maintains all necessary | | documentation. Identifies paint defects, determines root cause, and | | implements process improvements | | | | · Ability to learn how to do programs for new and existing | | products | | | | · Knows paint application techniques and modifies current | | processes to eliminate paint defects | | | | · Assists with development of tooling/fixtures for new | | product launch | | | | · Calibrates and maintains robots, as preventative | | maintenance requires | | | | · Works closely with deck / containment inspectors to | | maintain quality control | | | | · Assumes responsibility for safety/environmental issues and | | ongoing performance of processes | | | | · Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and | | orderly work areas | | | | - *Pay is based on experience, but is 20-25 / hr Fanuc robot | | experience / troubleshooting is a HUGE plus. * | | - Great work ethic and SOLID attendance is MANDATORY.
