Aerotek Electrical Foreman in Hunt Valley, Maryland
Aerotek's client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to assist with new commercial construction projects in the Baltimore, MD area. Job Description:
Knowledge in all areas of the national electrical code.
Install, perform, trouble shoot and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial applications.
Plan and layout large work projects from schematics, sketches, blueprints and/or verbal instructions.
Ability to select the correct materials to complete work assignments.
Proficient in establishing test procedures relative to lead requirements of wiring or electrical equipment.
Proficient in maintaining electrician's tools and equipment and company issued tools/materials.
Coordinate and execute project on all indoor and outdoor electrical systems.
Understand state and local building codes, and know OSHA, and other electrical regulations.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Skills:
Experience running pipe, pulling wire, and bending conduit.
Experience installing lighting, receptacles and power systems for commercial and industrial clients.
Strong experience with MD and National electrical codes.
Experience installing and repairing electrical panels.
Motor control and fire alarm experience is a plus.
Will be in front of clients so must be able to interact with other trades and communicate with customers.
