Safe Step is currently seeking the right individual to coordinate installations with a strong skillset in handling customers, contractors, and interacting with sales team, accounting team and office team members. The winning candidate will have outstanding office skills, a firm understanding of residential remodeling, and a highly developed ability to work well with various personality types. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Huntington Beach, CA , Nashville, TN , and Eden Prairie, Minnesota , in accordance with company policy. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process

• Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities

• Communicate production progress with customers throughout the process

• Develop efficient measures to achieve outstanding business practices

• Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands

• Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry trends

• Implement and maintain company directives and policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the home improvement/renovation or restoration industry preferred

• Strong understanding of residential building standards

• Proven understanding of technical software

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High regard for quality assurance and customer service

• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,083.57 - $8,225.67

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
