WaveLink Inc. Configuration Data Manager in Huntsville, Alabama
The Configuration / Data Manager has primary responsibility for development, review, and implementation of the configuration management plan for all aspects of the system lifecycle for technology integration projects. Candidate will be responsible for the administration of hardware and software baselines, establishing change control processes and leading CCB, conduct of configuration audits, and delivering artifacts to document the as-built configuration. Candidate must have experience supporting formal Milestone Reviews such as system requirements review, preliminary/critical design review, and test readiness reviews.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 12 years of relevant experience Development of CM plans and implementation of MIL-HDBK-61 processes Baseline Management for both hardware and software, establishing change control processes and leading CCB Developing TDP packages and conducting configuration audits to produce validated as-built baselines Required Skills:
Must be willing to positively participate and contribute to a team environment, possess self-motivation skills, be dependable and trustworthy. Must be able to problem-solve, communicate effectively and possess proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings. Participate in developing project plans, facilitating CCB, and documenting key decisions/outcomes. Experience with AutoCAD required; Atlassian tool set preferred. Clearance Level: Active Secret (minimum)
