Job Description
BAE Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer (Sr) to join an innovative team of developers in Huntsville, AL. This position supports the development of mission-critical applications for a federal government client focused on national security.
The Full Stack Developer candidate must have the following skills and experience:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
8 years' experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web, or microservices, database, search).
Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Backend/services developer who has strong skills in the following areas:
Writing and developing Java Applications
Using Spring Framework and developing Spring Boot applications
RESTful services development
Developing applications that integrate with AWS Services
Developing applications deployed as Docker containers
Tool Experience using Maven and Git
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $127900 - $217400
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
