Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking to fill aSeniorSurvivability Systems Engineerposition supporting the Missile Defense Agency's Ground-based Midcourse (GM) Defense (GMD) Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) Program

Job Responsibilities

As an integral member of this team, the selected candidate will provide Survivability Systems Engineering support in the areas of survivability architecture and survivability functionality and will directly support the GMD Technical Director's Office. Activities will include coordinating system-level survivability functionality and interfaces between GM Fire Control activities and NGI for both NGI designs through critical design review (CDR) and assessing the post-CDR Survivability functionality for the accepted vendor. Evaluate survivability functional architecture and functional design for GWS and NGI. Evaluate vendor test plans, test procedures, and test reports for completeness and accuracy.

Required Education and Experience:

• BS in a STEM-related field preferred
• 12+ years of DoD program experience
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience as described above
• Highly proficient with the MS Office suite of tools to include: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook (e-mail and calendar). MS Project and Milestones Professional experience is highly desired
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.Ability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel
• Must be able to work within a collaborative environment composed of Military, Government Civilian, Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, and Supporting Contractor personnel
• Prior MDA or Missile Defense System (MDS) knowledge/experience desired but not necessary
• US Citizenship is required

• Active Secret Clearance Required
