Key Responsibilities:

• Foster Child Development: Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through interactive activities and hands-on learning experiences.
• Supervise and Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring children are supervised at all times and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate positive and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and needs.
• Promote Positive Behavior: Use effective strategies to guide children's behavior, fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of children's activities, progress, and any incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for all children.
