Healthfirst VP, Data Product Librarian in Hybrid, New York
Develop the Data Strategy and partner with all levels of leadership on ways to improve the Information Management Program.
Interface with IT and business leadership to provide thought leadership on Data Architecture and Governance
Assist in managing department specific/assigned contractor budgets in support of financial decisions, negotiate with vendors, identify cost savings opportunities, and monitor day-to-day expense management.
Responsible for Definition and Governance of complex Data Products.
As a technology and business leader, build and enable the Information Management organization into a world class team, utilizing best in class practices and technologies.
Provide leadership across Program Team boundaries as a champion of Data for the Enterprise.
Remove obstacles, think differently, and advance methods of work that enable the Data Product Librarian function, with a bias towards action vs. academic discussion.
Develop strong cross functional partnerships and manage the overall performance of the Data Product Librarian team.
Advance the Data Architecture for the company, in partnership with the AVP, Data Product Delivery
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated technology subject matter expertise in Data Architecture and Governance.
15+ years of leadership experience in Data software development and business roles.
10 years+ leading and influencing large organizations of senior technology and business leaders.
Demonstrated Agile Delivery experience.
Technical depth in modern Cloud Data Platform solutions and Data Architecture patterns
Strong Business Acumen with a minimum of 20 years prior experience across IT and/or Healthcare, Insurance related fields
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree
BS in Computer Science, Information Management, Business or Healthcare related field
Expertise in Data Architecture and Platform Architecture
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Advanced negotiating, influence, and delivery execution skills
Ability to thrive in a fast past, changing environment.
