About Sage Network
The Sage Network Platform is the first of its kind in accounting software. Most financial teams are stuck in a world of manual emails, phone calls, PDFs, and hand entries. Imagine a solution where teams could automate and synchronize financial transactions and processes between businesses, even if they aren't using Sage accounting software. The Sage Network automates tasks like sending invoices and waiting for payments, connecting all users into one seamless system, whether they use Sage software or not. It's a game-changer in the world of connected accounting, enabling smooth transactions with customers, suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders, revolutionizing the overall efficiency of accounting processes
Key Responsibilities:
What will you be involved in?
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience across our platform, focusing on content creation, user education, and accessibility. The team is cross-functional, and you will collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, researchers and our dedicated engineers. The team is designed with the skills to develop effective solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. As with the other roles on the product team, this job is an individual contributor role. You will be asked to influence your teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through your use of data and logic.
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in UX Design, Content Strategy or similar. We’re open to people of all backgrounds, but the following skills and experience will help you thrive.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional, global environment
• Passion for creating user-centric content and impriving user experiences
• Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies and a willingness to learn.
This role will be based from our Ponce City office and is hybrid, so you will be in the office 2-3 days pre week.

If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at the end of October.
