You’ll be inquisitive by nature and have a passion for breaking software and ensuring that our products are top quality. Working collaboratively with the Development team, you’ll suggest technical improvements and ideas to improve processes.
What are we looking for?
As this is a Graduate scheme, you’ll be educated to degree level in a relevant STEM Degree, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in Software Development.
You’ll be provided with training and support throughout your career with us, so whilst the following criteria will help you thrive in role, they are not all absolute essentials.
• Inquisitive and observant with a keen eye for detail.
• Team player and not afraid to contribute new ideas to improve processes.
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work well within existing frameworks
• Resilient with the determination to respond to the changing demands of the business.
• Familiar with SQL and C# or similar.
• Proficient in both coding and debugging, with a desire to develop further skills.
This role will be based from our Lawrenceville/Ponce City office and is hybrid, so you will be in the office 2-3 days per week.

If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at the end of October.
Successful candidates will join us in January 2025
