UX Researcher

Job Description:

Looking for a UX Researcher with 4-5 years of experience for a 6-month contract role.

GenAI-powered suggested response

Collections management

Approvals management

Receivables and payables aging

And with Customer Account Portal, E-Invoicing and Network Directory in one app, customers can save time, increase their productivity, improve their cash flow and manage business connections in one place.

Must have:

*4-5 years of UX Research that include interviewing and synthesizing data.

*Strong research skills, need to be able to provide case studies and portfolio.

*Need strong Project Management skills and must have experience owning the project. This is a very hands-on role.

*Strong analysis skills

*Experience with Pendo AI.

*Experience creating Net Promoter Score (NPS) Surveys.

*Experience with Aha! is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

*Support the existing research team with interviews and data synthesis.

*Operations - scheduling user interviews, building user pools, onboarding those users, and

synthesize the data from the studies.

*Responsible for adopting customers and following them through the user experience to be able

to analyze processes and make changes, to support the User Centric organization.

*Need to be able to cross collaborate and communicate effectively.
