Amazon Account Management Lead, Seller Growth Programs - EU 3P Compliance in Hyderabad, India

Description

This is a role for Seller Growth Programs - EU 3P Compliance team. Compliance Services aims to dramatically transform the way Sellers can fulfill their Compliance (VAT, Extended Producer Responsibility and other) obligations in the EU.

We are seeking a account/sales manager to develop and scale best-in-class, insight-led stories about our services. This person will tell compelling stories to a variety of Sellers (big and small) to educate them about our services and drive the adoption of various compliance programs.

In this role, you have to be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail and passion for data, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will be on ground interacting with our Seller partners (SPs) and managing a team of account/sales representatives who are helping SPs to in adoption, VAT Registration and filling process. It's a big ask, and we're excited to talk to those up to the challenge!

This position is chartered with developing and managing compliance sales/on-boarding pipeline, mix of high value accounts while executing sales strategies to deliver results that will exceed aggressive output goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencer's and decision-makers within the senior management teams of existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key job responsibilities

  • Expected to own a SP interaction to drive compliance program adoption while supporting them throughout the funnel.

  • Influencing a team of account/sales representative and driving key performance/program goals.

  • Developing sales pitch/knowledge materials to help understand importance of compliance and enable team to succeed in their role

  • Designing and implementing self-service reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions

  • Re-actively and proactively developing and executing strategic analyses that provide important insight into the business

  • Monitoring existing metrics and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.

  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets will be met

  • Drive definition of sales processes, pipelines, goals, and reporting to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve strategic objectives

  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.

  • SQL Knowledge is preferred. Retrieving and analyzing data using SQL, Excel, and other data management systems

A day in the life

The role supports one of the critical functions, but not limited to, EU Compliance programs. In this, you will need to work with cross functional teams varying from program, product, marketing and tech to build strategies driving the adoption and conversion for registered sellers from EU and Global Arcs i.e US to EU, IN to EU etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce in sales/ Account management/ Category

  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
