Providing best in class product development services to Thermo Fisher Scientific Global Business Units, is one of the core functions of the India Engineering Center (IEC). This Global Research and Development Center, established in 2009, is in My Home Twitza, Hyderabad, with over 150 employees. We are a team committed to develop innovative and groundbreaking technologically sophisticated products ranging from laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, remote monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software modules on Windows and Linux using C# .NET and C++ Lead and coach a team of developers in designing and developing C# and C++ applications

  • Ensure project goals are achieved on time

  • Collaborate with global software team members to deliver high-quality instrument control software applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience with 10+ years of software development experience

  • Hands-on coding experience on C# .NET and C++ Experience with REST APIs and Web-sockets, MQTT, gRPC

  • Proven experience in C++ applications, Object Oriented Programming, data structures, design patterns, and algorithms

  • Experience with end-to-end software design and development

  • Excellent analytical skills and communication abilities
