The Global Capability head - ERP Security is accountable for developing, leading and executing strategic initiatives related to regional and global practice solutions to ensure the achievement of long-term results within the context of a rapidly evolving digital economy.
What you'll be doing
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our global ERP Security practice as the Global Capability Head. This critical role will oversee the development and implementation of strategic ERP security solutions leveraging expertise in SAP and other ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP security, practice management, go-to-market strategies, service development and customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership:
Develop and execute a global ERP security service strategy, business plan aligning with business objectives. Lead a team of ERP security experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Develop and execute GTM plans to promote ERP security services to internal stakeholders and external clients. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions. Build relationships with clients, industry partners, and system integrators.
ERP Security Expertise:
Provide expertise in SAP and other ERP systems, including security architecture, authorization, and control platforms. Stay up to date with emerging trends, threats, and technologies in ERP security. Build best practice libraries, control frameworks, and establish Centers of Excellence Develop and maintain strategic relationships with ERP vendors, security solution providers and industry experts.
Authorization and Control Platforms:
Design and implement effective authorization and control frameworks for ERP systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Develop and maintain expertise in control platforms, such as SAP GRC, Access Control, and Process Controls and Risk Management.
Delivery and Operations:
Oversee the delivery of ERP security projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Develop and maintain operational processes, tools, and methodologies. Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices across the global team.
Requirements :
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience :
Minimum 12 years of experience in ERP security, with a focus on SAP.
Proven track record in leading global teams and practices.
Experience in go-to-market strategies, sales, and business development.
Strong understanding of authorization and control platforms.
Skills :
ERP security and GRC professionals with an in-depth understanding of ERP security risks & controls.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP security, including SAP GRC, Access Control, and Process Controls.
Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience in designing and implementing security controls in large scale, cross functional, and complex ERP (SAP/Oracle) transformation projects including access controls and process controls
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel (up to 20%).
Certifications :
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate - Security)
CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications.
