Conduent HR Operations and Delivery Associate IV in Hyderabad, India

Job Summary: Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to implement them effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and new hire orientation.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct HR orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and benefits.
Employee Relations:
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and conducting investigations as needed.
Support management in implementing disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records and ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to government agencies as required.
Offboarding:
Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final settlements, and ensuring the return of company property.
Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce turnover.
HR Policy and Procedures:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization.
Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s degree, Preferably degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
