UnitedHealth Group Lead AI/ML Engineer in Hyderabad, India
*Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems. This involves model selection, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
*Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. This includes data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation.
*Lead solution design discussions and develop software that enriches the application feature set while maintaining robustness, scalability and fault-tolerance.
*Define and enforce security guidelines for the applications
*Manage Azure cloud resource and develop CI/CD integration practices
*Providing guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts, sharing best practices, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
*Advanced degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or similar.
*Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
*Expertise in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
*2+ years of working experience with Azure public cloud, Azure Synapse w/ dedicated pools and Azure ML service
*Experience in leading data science projects and managing teams is a plus.
