Wells Fargo Process Engineering Associate - Operational Excellence in Hyderabad, India

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineering Associate for its Operational Excellence team.

In this role, you will:

  • Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow data

  • Prepare process requirements

  • Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers

  • Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities

  • Make recommendations based on analyses

  • Provide process updates with business partners, to ensure compliance with operative policies and regulations

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications:

  • MS office, Minitab,Visio or any relevant process mapping tool (iGrafx etc.)

  • Excellent Communication, Probing and Comprehension skills

  • Ability to successfully explain and guide people through the process and handle any low-level process requirements

  • Strong Analytical skills and Statistical knowledge with Problem solving competency

  • Domain understanding on WHSL / WIM/ Consumer Banking etc

  • Ability to redesign processes and enhance solutions through identifying technical solutions for Business Problems - RPA/ RDA / Workflow / Bolton etc.
