Position: R&D Senior Member of Technical Staff, Product Development

Qualifications: Experienced C#, C++ and .Net developer in Windows application

Location: Hyderabad, India – Hybrid (60% office, 40% remote)

Employment type: Full-time regular (flexible working options available)

Responsibilities:

  • You will work with the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and the Scrum Team to understand, define and implement solution requirements in Engineering product.

  • Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members including sprint planning and estimating, backlog refinement, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.

  • Ensure your code is fully reviewed, unit tested and documented and delivered to agreed quality standards.

  • Develop and deliver features to an agreed set of requirements and user stories such that product test can verify delivery of the functionality.

  • Ensuring strong technical guidance in how the applications function from both an engineering and software development perspective.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.

  • Windows Application Development.

  • Object Oriented design and development.

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+, WPF, WCF

  • Microsoft C#, C++ development

  • Microsoft Entity Framework

  • Experience of agile, or structured development organization.

  • Functional and/or Systems Analysis

  • Quick learner, enthusiastic and result oriented.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and quality, ability to think strategically and logically.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated and possessing a passion for success.

  • A good facilitator and organizer

  • Proven hands-on experience in software design, development, and maintenance.

  • Previous leadership and management experience

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Technology based subject.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud development, REST API's and CI/CD pipeline will be added advantage.
