The Accounts Receivable Collections team holds a pivotal position within the company, overseeing collections from the clients. A team of 11 seasoned collectors yielding consistent results in meeting/exceeding cash goals while driving efficiencies and effectiveness.

You will also drive cash flow and standardize processes and initiatives for efficiency.
What You'll Do at Pega:
We are a part of finance operations – Accounts receivables, maintaining customer receivables and cash flow.
The team takes ownership of contacting customers about their open balances and ensuring any issues are addressed on a timely basis to enable payment of invoices to Pega.
Liaise with various internal stakeholders, such as billing, training, account management teams, and business officers, to ensure proper contracts, renewals, and invoices are provided.
Ensure cash flow is met, escalate high-risk and long-pending issues with higher management, and involve legal teams as applicable.
Who You Are:
Seasoned and talented professionals with minimum 5 years of experience with good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills enable us to reach out to our clients to ensure payments are made on a timely basis, which would directly impact the cash flow for the organization.
What You've Accomplished:
DSO—Day sales outstanding, a parameter of company performance, has improved from over 100 days to approximately 50 days.
Cash Collections – Consistently ensured Cash Flow is maximized, we have been exceeding out cash targets for the past many quarters.
60 & 90 plus ageing – Focus on 60 & 90 plus past due invoices. There has been tremendous reduction and containment of them to ensure timely payments are received through persistent follow-ups and customer relationships.
