Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert design ideas into functional Games/AR/VR/MR apps.

• Prototype and build next-generation AR/VR/MR products using Unity3D/C#.

• Develop Micro Frontend applications and Design Systems.

• Build development pipelines and strategies.

• Conduct code reviews and optimize processes to meet company goals.

• Optimize applications for multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with internal and external QA teams to ensure asset quality and adherence to standards.

• Work with developers and data scientists to design, implement, and maintain interactive, visual, and analytical web experiences and workflow tools for desktop and mobile.

• Mentor and coach engineers, leading the development of functional and unit testing strategies for the front-end.

Key accountabilities for this position include, but not limited to:

• Prototyping and building AR/VR/MR applications using Unity3D/C#.

• Experience with platforms like HoloLens 2, HTC Vive, Oculus Quest, and mobile games/apps development.

• Expertise in profiling and optimizing Games/XR apps for GPU and CPU performance.

• Writing clean, maintainable code, with a strong understanding of design and architectural patterns.

• Version control experience (GitHub, BitBucket, etc.).

• Lead the front-end development with responsive design techniques and principles.

• Suggest and implement improvements in development practices, code quality, and web client performance.

• Collaborate with other developers and data scientists on the team to design, implement, and maintain interactive, visual, and analytical web experiences and workflow tools for desktop and mobile (blend of modern front-end technologies, including PowerApps).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of developer experience, with at least 5 years focused on UI/Frontend development.

• Strong knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming.

• Experience in Micro Frontend applications and Design Systems.

• Expertise in JavaScript and frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and cross-browser development.

• Excellent software engineering habits, including peer code reviews, CI/CD, unit testing, and integration testing.

• Cross-browser development/deployment experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.

• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, UX design & development, or a related field.

• Experience with Unity/Unreal Engine/Babylon JS for building 3D applications targeting AR/VR platforms.

• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks/libraries, including React and Angular.

• Experience with Power Apps development.

• Proficiency with ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Web APIs, and .NET Framework or .NET Core.

• DevOps environment experience.

• Application development and deployment with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Cross-platform app development experience using frameworks like Electron.

• Experience with data visualization libraries (d3, Highcharts) and related technologies.
