Primary Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
Set up and configure Adobe Analytics, including tracking codes, tags, variables, and data layers
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate data collection and integration with other platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, CMS, CRM)
Lead migration projects from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics, ensuring data integrity and continuity
Data Layer Management:
Develop and manage data layers for end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation on new projects
Ensure data layers are correctly implemented and aligned with tracking requirements
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and digital marketing performance using Adobe Analytics
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
Login and Mobile Application Tracking:
Implement Adobe Analytics for login-based applications, ensuring accurate user tracking and data segmentation
Set up and configure Adobe Analytics for mobile applications, including tracking user interactions and app performance
Strategy and Optimization:
Provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
Work with marketing, UX, and product teams to develop and test hypotheses for site improvements
Training and Support:
Train and support internal teams on using Adobe Analytics and interpreting data
Troubleshoot issues related to data collection and reporting
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain documentation of analytics implementations and configurations
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications:
7 to 11 years of total IT experience and 6+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics, including implementation and analysis
Proven experience in migrating from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics
Technical Skills:
Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)
Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation for login applications and mobile apps
Solid knowledge of data layer design and implementation for comprehensive tracking solutions
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web development best practices
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including report suite configuration, segmentation, and report building
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
Proven ability to identify and solve technical issues related to data tracking
Communication and Collaboration:
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product management
Preferred Qualification:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Analytics
