Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on individual contributor role, responsible for driving the technical excellence for the automation team, , will be responsible for developing applications in warehouse domain. Engineer will be working with various stakeholders in developing frameworks, tools to automate the application.

• Technical ownership of the development and automation efforts for the products

• Involved in hands on coding/implementation of products, implementing new frameworks, improvising the existing frameworks, and migration to new frameworks.

• Be a technical advocate for the team in the assigned line of business

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 10+ years of overall experience in core JAVA programming.

• Strong programming skills & understanding of Java

• Experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring boot, Micro services, React, AngularJS, JavaScript and/or other web-based technology

• Deep familiarity with modern web application technologies & frameworks.

• Experience architecting and developing enterprise integrations systems.

• Code Build and Deploy , orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes etc

• Must be a self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on, and a team player.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Should be able to derive test cases for multiple scenarios with minimal guidance.

• Expertise in designing & implementing automation frameworks ground up

• Good knowledge of API tools like REST Assured, JMeter and Postman

• Proficiency with SQL & any databases

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies

• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication.
