Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Solid developer/coding background. Preferred certified SREs, but also accept candidates with 7+ years IT-working experience as SRE roles in large scale projects; Or 7+ years IT working experience with equivalent responsibilities and roles of SRE. Experience with infrastructures, system admin, production supports

• Project: USP applications

• Risk: USP Cirrus Site Reliability Engineering, Automation, GCP and important USP migrations and initiatives, vulnerabilities remediations, USP application and system stability, availability and reliability, capacity planning

• Metrics: application and system availability, stability, reliability, SRE golden signals, stable and reliable peak season, migration and PLM milestones

• Kubernates

• Database

• Java, scripting languages

• Automation

• Ability to develop and provide operational support for full-stack software applications

• Ability to collaborate with development operations staff to create, automate, monitor, and troubleshoot the system infrastructure

• Ability to improve and maintain system stability

• Ability to increase system resilience and serve larger customer volumes with expert-level coding

• Ability to improve automation and increase the system’s self-healing capability

• Ability to collect operating system data and report performance metrics to stakeholders
