The WWE Platform – Engineering Systems team develops engineering solutions for the Developers of one of the most widely used search engines globally including improving source control, code structure & health, build, test & deployment systems, etc. As a Senior TPM (Technical Program Manager) in the team, you will help define and transform how software development happens in the entire WWE organization spanning 8000+ Developers.
Responsibilities
Own roadmap and planning – triaging requirements, create PRDs (product requirements documents) and driving adoption of our solutions and policies
Represent the team’s work and impact across multiple forums including with senior leadership
Define the right metrics and measure Developer satisfaction and productivity
Drive platform upgrades across the org to unify and improve our engineering systems including defining software development policies and improving source control, code sharing & package management, native code development, testing, build and deployment systems
Strive for process excellence for documentation, planning and grooming project priorities strongly collaborating with Engineering teams
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields AND 10+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or Software Development
Experience building and executing a Product roadmap that supports multiple Customers
Understand modern development cycle, dev tools and processes
Strong Communication and articulation skills to manage stakeholder expectations as well as communicating impact effectively to Senior Leadership
Strong analytical skills to define metrics and drive optimizations in a data driven and agile manner
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in driving code quality improvements
Experience in driving native code development for Linux
Experience in building/ managing engineering systems for large organizations
Experience in working with large monolithic code bases
