Cornerstone onDemand Services Project Manager in Hyderabad, India
As a Project Manager in our Services Team, you will be
responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects to deliver
high-quality services to our customers. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams, customer stakeholders to ensure the successful
implementation of Cornerstone's products. Your excellent communication,
organizational, and leadership skills will be essential in managing project
risks, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
In This Role You Will:
Collaborate with customersto understand their business needs and design tailored implementationstrategies.
Lead project kickoffmeetings, set project expectations, and define project scope, goals, anddeliverables.
Develop and manage projectplans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinatecross-functional teams, including technical and functional experts, todeliver on project objectives.
Communicate projectstatus, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparencythroughout the implementation process.
Identify and manageproject risks, proactively addressing any potential roadblocks to keep theproject on track.
Provide advice and guidanceto customers during the implementation phase.
Serve as the primary pointof contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and effectivecommunication
Manage scope changes,change requests, and project documentation
Ensure compliance withimplementation best practices and industry standards.
Lead user acceptancetesting and quality assurance efforts to ensure the software meets customerrequirements.
Drive successful projectclosures, including finalizing documentation and ensuring customersatisfaction
Lead post-projectevaluations and drive continuous process improvements
Mentor and guide teammembers, offering support, knowledge sharing, and best practices
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:
Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Provenexperience (3-5 years) in project management and software implementation,preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar HCM platforms.
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with customers and internal teams.
Problem-solvingmindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Detail-orientedapproach to project planning, execution, and documentation.
Demonstratedability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve projectgoals.
Proficiencyin project management tools and software (MS Project, SmartSheets etc).
Willingnessto travel to customer sites as required
Fluencyin English and at least one major European language.
