AT&T Sr Specialist App/Prod Support in Hyderabad, India
Job Description:
ISAAC WFE is an integrated Trouble Diagnostic testing platform. It invokes multiple tests and report data to IVR, eCARE, and a dashboard for CSR agents, Tier2, the NOC and LFO technicians.
This position is integral to ensuring the seamless functioning and ongoing enhancement of the ISAAC application. It plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the application, ensuring its performance meets the highest standards. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the application and provides guidance and assistance to team members. Key responsibilities include monitoring the application's performance, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, overseeing the implementation of application-related projects, managing the scheduling, tuning, updates, and upgrades of the application. Identifying areas for improvement in the application's performance and stability and overseeing the development and implementation of action plans to address these areas. Coordinating with the IT team, software developers, and vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance. It serves as a critical point of escalation for clients and end users and takes full accountability for application's uptime and availability.
Skillset for App/Prod Support – platform support:
Extensive understanding and experience as Azure Administrator
Experience in configuring Azure VMSS, private virtual networks, storage solutions, and load balancing
Extensive understanding of ADO tasks and experience in implementing pipelines using Terraform, and Helm charts
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting issues with Nginx
Good understanding of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, Linkerd and extensive experience with kubectl
Good understanding of deployment, configuration, and support of J2EE applications
Good understanding of Relational database tools and concepts (Oracle Databases, PL/SQL)
Good level of experience with Unix/Linux commands
Expertise with shell scripts
Experience with configuration and administration of Wildfly 18+ is a plus
Experience with configuration and administration of Nokia’s SMP 19+ platform is a plus
Microsoft Certification as Azure Administration is a plus
Skillset for App/Prod Support – application support:
Good understanding of HTTP protocol and experience with using Developer Tools in Chrome browsers
Good understanding of log file configuration on web/app servers and experience with troubleshooting application defects
Good understanding of Relational database tools and concepts (Oracle Databases, PL/SQL)
Good level of experience with Unix/Linux commands
Expertise with shell scripts
Skillset for SQM resources:
Experience with providing T2 support for Web Based application
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Good understanding of log file configuration on web/app servers and experience with troubleshooting application defects
Good level of experience with Unix/Linux commands
