Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
College experience with animal science or management emphasis beneficial
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience preferred
Management/communication skills advantageous
Good written and oral skills
Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Welding and Construction knowledge
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide safe work environment for employees
Maintain plant equipment
Supervise maintenance employees on the project crew team
Complete work assignments in an accurate and timely fashion
