The Server will provide outstanding service by taking guests orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure guests have access to drinking water throughout their visit.
Monitor guests satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas, including poolside.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
