RELX INC Digital Content Specialist in Iloilo, Philippines

Develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. Manages the implementation of digital marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness. Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the digital goals. Tracks usage trends of the organization's websites, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web. Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management. Requires specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

Accountabilities:

  • Working closely with the Sales Enablement Manager, update the learning content made available to Data Services sales professionals through internal systems including SharePoint, Highspot and other learning systems which may be used in future

  • This learning content will support the Data Services 3C Selling and 3C Coaching programs and may include content refinement and updating to ensure learning is relevant and fresh

  • Capture success stories from all brands to show our sales behaviors in action and enable all in sales to learn from each other’s successes

  • These success stories will include case studies, examples of sales tools in action (such as account plans, value statements and proposals), plus video testimonies

  • Liaise with subject-matter experts from all Data Services brands (including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support/Success) to produce impactful 3C-focused materials for sales

  • Support all users with their use of sales enablement tools such as Gong – providing support and training where needed

  • Conduct usage reporting and impact analysis to ensure our sales enablement systems deliver ROI

Qualifications:

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder

  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales, learning or marketing role where high quality content is produced

  • Understands how commercial teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product work together

  • Strong attention to detail and high personal work standards, to ensure all content which is created and shared is accurate, professional and valuable for users

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems is preferred

  • Strong technical and systems expertise, to provide internal customers from the sales organization with effective support for all enablement systems

  • Strong communication skills, which will be crucial in working across the Sales Performance Team and wider organization and on occasion will involve delivering training and guidance to users

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing plus Technology teams

  • Ability to think broadly across the enterprise, beyond your area of immediate responsibility, with the courage to think differently and to constantly strive to improve how we work

  • Confident, curious and courageous

  • Must be in current role for 1 year

  • Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months

  • Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
