Fineline Landscape Construction and Maintenance Grounds Foreman in Imlay City, Michigan
Gournds Foreman. Fineline Landscape Construction and Maintenance; Imlay, MI. Duties: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in landscaping or groundskeeping activities.
Assist
worksite manager with project progress and quality inspections.
Operate, maintain, and evaluate hand and power equipment for necessary repairs and replacements including but not limited to mowers, sod cutters, power shears/clippers, pruning saws, and fleet vehicles.
Daily tasks include laying sod, sowing grass, planting flowers/foliage to blueprint specifications; raking, mulching, mowing, edging, trimming, watering, fertilizing, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units; snow removal from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using shovel,
snow plow
, and snow blower, including salt spreading. No minimum education required. 6 months experience in landscaping required. Salary: $41,600/year.
