ALLO Communications Bilingual Inside Sales in Imperial, Nebraska

Job Description Summary This engaging and dynamic job requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Your primary objective as an Inside Sales Representative is to convert incoming phone inquiries into new customers. You'll also be expected to assist our First Impression Specialists as backup, so you'll need to have a deep understanding of our plans and process, including speeds, reliability, and pricing structures. Your day-to-day activities will involve handling inbound calls and making a few outbound calls while actively listening and proactively addressing any concerns they may have. Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the conversation is crucial, establishing rapport with customers to build trust and walk them through signing up with ALLO Fiber.

Furthermore, your success in this role will rely on your ability to meet or exceed your sales targets and opportunity with leads from various sources. This requires a proactive mindset, effective time management, and strong negotiation skills. Additionally, you'll often collaborate with several other teams within the company to assist our customers. You'll be sharing best practices and participating in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your product knowledge and sales acumen.

Commission is paid on a per-sale basis, with payments issued every two weeks with your regular paycheck.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a friendly face and voice in our Front Office and over the phone by educating potential customers on the benefits of fiber optics

Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers in payments, bill inquiries, service issues, handling equipment returns, and completing general office duties as assigned.

Being resourceful and contacting other departments to take great care of our customers

Match our services and products to the customers' needs by displaying excellent listening skills.

Submit sales through ALLO's website and schedule installations.

Document, track, and follow up on leads through our LeadAgent CRM.

You'll learn the ins and outs of our customer service system (NISC) and help where needed.

Being flexible with what's needed (which changes daily).

Colorado Residents: typical pay range (including commission) for this role will be from $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience.

Additional Job Description Additional Job Description EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of previous customer service experience.

1+ years of sales experience desired.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and time management

Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job with a willingness to learn

Good communication and customer service skills

Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for local events

Ability to logically work through challenges

Self-starter who takes initiative and can stay focused on a project through to completion
