Hyatt Public Areas Attendant in INCLINE VILLAGE, Nevada
Description:
The Public Areas Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public spaces within the hotel. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver superior guest service consistently. The role is fast-paced with constant customer interaction, and the ideal candidate must be capable of handling moderate physical activities, including pushing and pulling.
Responsibilities
Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting spaces, are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guestrooms.
Engage with guests, providing directions and assistance as needed, and ensuring a positive experience.
Manage supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Maintain a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that hotel standards are upheld at all times.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills and superior guest service abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction.
Must be physically fit and able to push, pull, and lift moderate weights.
Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment preferred.
