Hyatt Seasonal Barback- The Nest in INCLINE VILLAGE, Nevada
Description:
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Barback to join our team for our busy summer season! a Seasonal Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartending staff by ensuring our bars are fully stocked and ready to provide exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Assist in maintaining inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
· Work closely with bartenders to prepare and serve drinks efficiently, including retrieving ingredients, utensils, and glassware.
· Keep bar areas clean and organized at all times, including washing glassware and utensils, and disposing of waste and empty bottles.
· Monitor stock levels throughout shifts and promptly alert management when supplies need to be replenished.
· Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with customers and fulfilling drink orders promptly.
· Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
· Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the bar.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
· Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry moderate weights, including cases of liquor and kegs.
· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Must be at least 21 years old
· A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
