Job Title: Bagger Operator

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Bagger Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a bagging machine that automates the process of breaking down 1,100 lb bulk totes into 50lb boxes. These boxes are then manually lifted onto pallets for outbound shipment. A typical shift requires completing 6 pallets, which totals 108 bags. You will also perform general cleaning and ensure meticulous attention to detail in a FDA regulated environment to maintain 100% accuracy on labels.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

The work environment involves working in a dusty area, resembling fine iron salt on the floor and may leave a faint metallic taste. While the material is non-hazardous, you will be required to wear an N95 mask or a scarf for comfort during your shift. Working hours for this position are 10:00pm - 6:30am.
