Our client, a leading innovator in the agricultural chemicals industry, seeks a Construction Engineer to join their growing team! As a Construction Engineer, you'll play a vital role in the Construction department, overseeing key segments of capital projects. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with a passion for building excellence and a strong work ethic.
Job Title: Construction Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $35-40/hr
What's the Job?
Manage assigned segments of capital projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and timelines.
Collaborate with project teams including operations, maintenance, engineers, contractors, and specialists.
Develop and implement innovative construction solutions to overcome challenges.
Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues proactively.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in construction management.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project scheduling.
