ManpowerGroup Construction Engineer in Indianapolis, Indiana

Our client, a leading innovator in the agricultural chemicals industry, seeks a Construction Engineer to join their growing team! As a Construction Engineer, you'll play a vital role in the Construction department, overseeing key segments of capital projects. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with a passion for building excellence and a strong work ethic.

Job Title: Construction Engineer

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $35-40/hr

What's the Job?

  • Manage assigned segments of capital projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and timelines.

  • Collaborate with project teams including operations, maintenance, engineers, contractors, and specialists.

  • Develop and implement innovative construction solutions to overcome challenges.

  • Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues proactively.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction management.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with project scheduling.
