Description
Robert Half, leading the path in specialized staffing, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative for one of our esteemed clients. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Effectively handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
Resolve complex customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Use customer feedback to generate ideas for improving customer service standards.
Work with the customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
Proficient with computer software and CRM systems.
Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
